SmartXX v2 Install

I successfully installed the modchip in my v1.6 Xbox last week and have been toying around with it in all my spare time lately. This thing absolutely rocks. I never would have guessed that this console could be so robust. Currently I have Avalaunch installed as my dashboard, but the real guts I am trying to get into is XBoxMediaCenter (XBMC). I have been able to get some xvid and divx files to it and they look amazing on the tv.

My next objective is to get some emulators working correctly with some of those vintage video games. I am going to make another post later this afternoon describing what I have done to wirelessly connect the Xbox in the living room to my router in the bedroom. There is some great software that I was able to play around with and get to work, and I want to outline the process that I went through.

I hope everyone has a great Christmas tomorrow, it will be a white one here as we recieved about 15" of snow yesterday, and it is going to be around for a while.
